In 2009, following a decade-long career as a writer/editor, I went to film school at Minneapolis College. The teachers were great and I fell in love with the craft. In 2014, I officially launched my freelance business in video production and writing.
Most of my clients want authentic, documentary-style videos on a short timeline and a relatively small budget. I usually work solo on productions, but in some cases, I’ll subcontract to one or two additional crew members. I’m flexible based on your resources and goals.
Photography
While my focus is on video filming and editing, I also take still photos for clients, travel essays, and social media with a variety of cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, smartphone, old-school film).
